– Aloe Care’s Mobile Device With Automatic Fall Detection Becomes Fully Covered Benefit In January 2024 –
NEW YORK, XX December 2023 – Today, Aloe Care Health ("Aloe Care"), known for developing the world's most advanced voice-activated medical alert and communication service, announced Champion Health Plan ("Champion") as the latest provider to offer Aloe Care to its members. Champion's Medicare Advantage plan will provide Aloe Care's mobile medical alert with automatic fall detection as a fully covered benefit in 2024 to eligible members. Champion is a new insurance provider focused on the vital care and particular needs of people with chronic medical conditions, notably those with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and Late-Stage Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
The Aloe Care Mobile Companion 2 with Fall Detection provides 2-way voice access to emergency services and personal care teams with the push of a button. Its built-in GPS provides real-time location tracking for emergency services and care teams alike.
The device is fully integrated with Aloe Care's proprietary Family App and professional caregiver dashboard, ensuring that care teams are always apprised of the user’s whereabouts and well-being.
